To make matters easier, we’ve created multiple packages that outline our involvement in your process. We understand that each couple is different and not all events require our full scope of intervention. Furthermore, An Elegant Affair offers a complimentary, 1-hour consultation session where we get to know you and determine whether our work together would be an ideal fit. During the consultation, we can also thoroughly review each package’s offerings, to help you determine which approach makes the most sense. After all, our main goal is to ensure you receive the level of care and support that you need to make your event a raging success.

Our Packages

Our packages were created to help clients determine where they need the most assistance. Regardless of how involved we are in your process; An Elegant Affair is in the business of exceeding expectations. Below you will find the basic premises of our packages. As usual, we aim to be flexible and accommodating. Therefore, if there are any questions or concerns you have, we want to hear them.

An Elegant Affair offers 3 wedding planning packages (each package is customized to meet each couple’s specific needs):

Full Planning

We start working together at the very beginning (from date choice and venue selection), and are with you every step of the way until wedding day

Partial Planning

This package is for the couple who has already started planning, but realizes they need help! We pick up the planning where you’ve left off, working with you through your wedding day.

Wedding Day Management

We start working together 60 days before your wedding. We’ll take all of the plans you’ve made, logistically put them together so that your wedding day flows seamlessly!

Officiating and Counseling Made Convenient

One significant factor that differentiates An Elegant Affair from other wedding planners, is our ability to offer in-house officiating and pre-marital counseling services.

If you’re interested in either of these services, we are happy to offer more information on how they work during our consultation period. These services exist solely for your benefit but are in no way required in order for us to work together.
